After receive Lumelius hydrogen inhalation machine， what should you do ?

Important First‑Time‑Use Guidelines

❌ Prohibited Operations

1. Do not operate the machine in enclosed, poorly‑ventilated spaces.
2. Hydrogen is flammable. Never carry out ignition tests.
3. Do not block the gas outlet while the machine is running.

💡 Pre‑start Reminder

Remove the stoppers from both the hydrogen (H) and oxygen (O) outlets before powering on the device.

⚠️ Safety Warnings

• Keep the unit far away from open flames during operation.
• Pause or shut down the machine if you need to leave it unattended.

🛠️ Maintenance & Initial Soaking Instruction

• Only add distilled water with TDS = 0.
• 20‑minute soaking requirement for a new machine: The hydrogen‑oxygen generator is shipped without water, so its internal proton‑exchange membrane stays dry during transportation. After you receive the machine, press the Add Water button first to fill the water tank. Do NOT start the machine right away. Let the membrane soak in water for 20 minutes so the proton membrane can be fully hydrated. You can then press the Start button directly; there is no need to pour out the soaking water.

Step‑by‑Step Operating Instructions

1. Power‑on & Water‑supply Connection Press the grey clamp with one finger, then pull out the stopper with your other hand (always hold down the grey clamp during removal). Firmly insert one end of the water‑supply tube into the tank, and place the other end into your container of distilled / zero‑TDS purified water. Press the Add Water icon on the touch‑screen to start automatic water filling.
2. Timing Setting Adjust the plus / minus buttons to set your working time between 1‑8 hours.
3. Flow‑rate Adjustment Use the plus / minus buttons on the right‑hand side to adjust gas flow from 1500 ml‑3000 ml. 16 adjustable speed gears are available.
4. Single‑person Hydrogen‑Oxygen Inhalation Attach the Y‑shaped connector first, then connect your nasal cannula. You can now start inhaling.
5. Dual‑person Simultaneous Inhalation Fit the Y‑connector and T‑connector, then attach nasal cannulas on both ends. Two users can inhale hydrogen‑oxygen gas at the same time.
6. Make Hydrogen‑rich Water Connect one end of a tube to the hydrogen outlet, and attach the other end to the hydrogen‑dissolving rod. Leave the oxygen outlet unblocked. Submerge the rod in drinking water. After 5‑7 minutes, your hydrogen‑rich water is ready for drinking.
7. Water‑draining Procedure Disconnect the water‑supply pipe and seal the port using its original stopper (press the grey retaining clamp while pulling the tube out). Remove the drain‑port stopper in the same way and fit the drain pipe. Put the free end of the drain pipe into a waste‑water container. Press the Drain Water button on‑screen for automatic draining.

Note: Drained waste water cannot be reused.
